Gallagher Bassett’s NYC DOB Building Codes Update Technical Seminar: What to Expect in 2022, offers a consolidated, comprehensive overview of all recent updates and revisions. After taking this course, students will be able to:

  • Identify the most significant changes to construction regulations covered under Chapter 33 of the 2022 NYC Building Code
  • Discuss recent changes to NYC Administrative Code, as it pertains to the construction industry
  • Specify how the 2022 Building Code will differ from the 2014 Building Code
  • Discuss how the 2022 Building Code will affect licensed safety professionals in New York City.

Prerequisites

Students need to be able to verbally communicate with an instructor in the primary language of the training and will need to have access to an internet connection, a computer, or a tablet with access to a web camera, microphone, and download the WebEx app.

Audience
This seminar is strongly recommended for all site safety managers, coordinators, inspectors, construction supers, and anyone else working on an NYC construction site where major buildings are being constructed.

Students are required to complete 100% of the course and actively participate in all learning activities.

Make-up time is not permitted for this training course. Should students miss any portion of the training, it is the student’s responsibility to contact Gallagher Bassett to arrange to attend another scheduled event.
