Course Description
This bundle offers two NYC Department of Buildings-Approved SST courses including 4 hours of prescribed (required) training that can be applied towards the renewal requirements of a Supervisor Site Safety Training (SST) Card. This bundle is also suitable for new or upgrade Supervisor SST Card applicants who have already completed the 2-HR Drug and Alcohol Awareness and 2-HR Site Safety Plan SST Prescribed training courses or their equivalents.

- 2 – Hour Pre Task Meetings (SST-303)
- 2 – Hour Toolbox Talks (SST-304)
These are AWARENESS-LEVEL training courses only and do not provide any other qualifications or authorization outside of the Site Safety Training Card.

Prerequisites
Students need to be able to verbally communicate with an instructor in the primary language of the training.
Training Requirement
Local Law 196 of 2017 requires that certain workers and supervisors employed on job sites with a Construction Superintendent, Site Safety Coordinator or Site Safety Manager have completed a specific number of training hours and have a Full (worker) or Supervisor SST card. The SST card is valid for a period of 5 years from the time of issuance.
Under Local Law 196, this course bundle is appropriate for new, upgrade, and renewal of a Supervisor SST Card. For renewing supervisors, the training must be completed in the one-year period before the submittal of a renewal application.

100% attendance in the course and active participation in all learning activities including required multiple-choice quizzes to be eligible to receive course completion cards. Students will receive a course completion certificate for each successfully completed SST courses listed above.
Make-up time is not permitted for this training course. Students who miss time from any individual session must reschedule and attend the full training course.
