TSCTA’s NYC DOB Building Codes Update Technical Seminar: What to Expect in 2022, offers a consolidated, comprehensive overview of all recent updates and revisions. This seminar is strongly recommended for all site safety managers, coordinators, inspectors, construction supers, and anyone else working on an NYC construction site where major buildings are being constructed.

At the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Identify the most significant changes to construction regulations covered under Chapter 33 of the 2022 NYC Building Code
- Discuss recent changes to NYC Administrative Code, as it pertains to the construction industry
- Specify how the 2022 Building Code will differ from the 2014 Building Code
- Discuss how the 2022 Building Code will affect licensed safety professionals in New York City.
Students will need to have access to an internet connection, a computer or tablet with access to a web camera, microphone, and download the Zoom app.
This seminar is strongly recommended for all site safety managers, coordinators, inspectors, construction supers, and anyone else working on an NYC construction site where major buildings are being constructed.
Students are required to complete 100% of the course and actively participate in all learning activities.
