We are thrilled to introduce our latest Learning Management System (LMS), Prosperity.
One of the most significant improvements in Prosperity is a new, more intuitive DOB compliant active proctoring system. With this new DOB compliant active proctoring system, Prosperity can be accessed on your mobile devices! This means students can now conveniently engage in their courses and training sessions on the go, without being tied to a desktop or laptop.
Furthermore, we want to assure you that all your course history and certificates will be transferred to the new platform. As of April 19th we have temporarily suspended students’ access to their account on our existing platform and will be relaunching on our new platform: GBTS Online*.
*Please note that between 4/19/2024 and 4/24/2024, access to your student records, transcripts and certificates for any completed courses on this site will be temporarily restricted. If you require a transcript or credential between 4/19/2024 and 4/24/2024, please reach out our support team.
Prosperity will retain all valuable records, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity in the student’s learning journey. We have created a tutorial below on how to access and navigate your online training on Prosperity, including the new URL, log-in and password information. We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for you, and we will be available to address any questions or concerns you may have.
How Do I Access My Training?
Beginning on 4/24/2024, you may access your training at our new online home: https://online.gbtstraining.com.
To access your new account:
- Go to the student portal here: GBTS Online.
- Click on the Login button.
- Enter your username (from your old account)
- Use the temporary password: GBTS2024. You will need to reset it to a new password the first time you log onto your account. You will also be asked to set up verification questions during this stage.
What Are the Verification Questions For?
NYC DOB requires that online training be actively proctored, which includes having your participation randomly monitored to ensure that you are present for the entirety of the training. For that reason you will be tasked with setting up verification questions when setting up your account. These questions will randomly pop up on the screen as you progress through your training to validate your continued participation and identity for the duration of the course.
