TSC Training Academy’s Proprietary Interest Policy
TSCTA discloses, in advance of the training, and Instructors’ proprietary interest in any product, instrument, device, service, or material discussed during the experience, event, or program.
TSCTA has a policy, as included in the TSCTA Instructor Manual, requiring each Instructor to disclose any proprietary interest before beginning any training we offer. If it is determined that the Instructor did not disclose this information, TSCTA will dismiss them.
Per TSCTA policy, before any training event, the Instructor will disclose, both to TSCTA and its students, any proprietary interest in any product, instrument, device, service, or material discussed during the training and the source of any third-party compensation related to their instruction.
TSCTA has policies and procedures to address intellectual property rights for the design and delivery of continuing education and training and is included for Instructor signature in the TSCTA Instructor Handbook upon hire.
