S-60 Watchperson at Construction Sites Exam Prep Seminar

This seminar prepares students to navigate the FDNY’s computer-based S-60 Watchperson for Construction Site C of F exam.
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Lighting requirement for exits, stairways, hallways and so forth
- Daily premise inspections for potential ignition sources
- Enforcement of smoking prohibitions
- Premise inspections, in particular, for the accumulation of rubbish
There are no prerequisites to participate in this class.
The Fire Code requires a watch person at any construction site having a footprint of between 5,000 square feet and 40,000 square feet. The watchperson must be on duty at the site during all hours when operations are not in progress.
Candidates will receive instruction on topics included on the FDNY exam as well as the proper protocol and procedures to stand watchperson duty on construction sites.

Completion Requirements for S-60 Watchperson at Construction Sites Exam Prep Seminar
Students are required to complete 100% of the course and actively participate in all learning activities.
Make-up time is not permitted for this training course.
