10HR OSHA Construction Safety & Health Program

Description

The 10HR OSHA Construction Safety and Health Training was developed by the US Department of Labor to provide construction workers, supervisors, and other personnel responsible for construction activities with an awareness of construction safety and health concerns in the construction industry. Attendees discuss and review standard construction safety and health principles and receive information that will prepare them to recognize and control a variety of hazardous conditions. Included with the course fee is the Official JJ Keller OSHA Construction Safety Hand-book. Training is available in English, Spanish, Polish, Bengali and Hindi.

Topics Included:

This course covers OSHA-mandated topics, tips on how to locate specific OSHA regulations, basic electrical safety, fall protection, scaffolding, excavations, stairways and ladders, and personal protective equipment. The 10HR OSHA Training complies with Local Law 20 and Local Law 41.

Course Fees:

• $200.00 per person
• $180.00 per person for groups of 10 or more (10% discount).

Course Completion Material:

All participants will receive a certificate of completion from TSCTA and approximately 4-6 weeks after the training conclusion, a laminated 10-HR Construction Safety Outreach course card issued by OSHA.
