Excavation Safety Training
Description
The Excavation Safety Training is intended for workers who are involved in hazardous construction activities when working with or around excavation. Trenching and excavation work presents serious risks to all workers involved in the process. This course provides an overall understanding of excavation and its hazards, and details the general and specific requirements when excavating and trenching in accordance with OSHA construction regulations.
Topics Included:
This course includes topics such as defining types of cave-in protection, recognizing the general safety requirements to work at excavations, evaluating workers in danger, distinguishing soil types, and recognizing the role of an OSHA competent person.
Course Fees:
- $150.00 per person
- $135 per person for groups of 10+ (10% discount)
Course Completion Material:
Upon completion of the Excavation Training, attendees will receive a course completion certificate from TSCTA.
